My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although fixed up nicely, were outdated in some areas, but overall clean and comfortable. The service, which came with an additional fee, was exceptional and went above-and-beyond in hospitality. The location, while fantastic for exploring the Bay Area, had some safety concerns under the unlit and unguarded underpass. The dining experience was a bit overpriced for the limited options offered. Overall, the value for money was decent with some improvements needed in certain areas.

The service was top-notch, providing great experience for my family, although I wish they had informed me about the $100 deposit. The location wasn't ideal due to early morning noises and being in a business area, yet it was convenient for BART and walkable to a nearby restaurant. The dining had a great variety of foods, including local products, with something to please everyone.
